2026 Day of Caring Volunteer Opportunities
February 16, 2026
Get ready to roll up your sleeves and make a difference at the United Way of Fort Smith Area's 33rd annual Day of Caring, which will take place on April 16th. This volunteer event invites community members to support local nonprofits and organizations across our six-county service area. This area includes Crawford, Franklin, LeFlore, Logan, Sebastian, and Sequoyah counties.
The day will begin with a kick-off breakfast at 8 a.m. at Hunts Park in Fort Smith and the Jeral L. Hampton Meeting Place in Booneville. Volunteers will gather to fuel up and get motivated before heading out to their assigned projects.
From painting and landscaping to organizing and assisting with special programs, there are countless ways to contribute and lend a helping hand. Whether you're an individual, part of a group, or representing a business, your involvement can genuinely make an impact in enhancing the lives of those in need.
Don't miss this opportunity to connect with others who share your passion for community service and make a tangible difference in our community.
To get a free t-shirt, you must register before March 17th!
