Stephanie Parson, MSN, MHA, RN, brings over 24 years of progressive healthcare leadership to her role as System Director of Clinical Quality at Baptist Health. Having advanced through numerous key positions at Baptist Health-Fort Smith, she now leads system-wide strategic initiatives focused on patient safety, clinical improvement, and advancing healthcare equity.
Stephanie brings clinical expertise in quality improvement, patient safety, strategic planning, and enhancing community health outcomes. She is passionate about using data-driven solutions to solve complex problems, particularly those related to healthcare equity and social determinants of health.
A Van Buren resident with strong family ties, Stephanie's service is motivated by her faith and deep involvement at Uniontown Baptist Church. This commitment to community collaboration is evident in her service on the executive boards of both the Good Samaritan Clinic and the Van Buren Chamber of Commerce. She is dedicated to advancing United Way's mission of creating lasting, positive change in Fort Smith.
Stephanie and her husband of 30 years, Matt, have two sons: Garrett (a nurse) and Carter (married to Lane, a nurse). They are also the proud grandparents of three grandsons, with a fourth granddaughter due in January 2026. Her family foundation reinforces her commitment to building a healthy, supportive community for all generations.
