Heidi Kertesz

Heidi Kertesz is Senior Human Resources Coordinator at Stryten Energy. She previously worked in Human Resources at Trane Technologies and Pernod Ricard. Prior to her career in HR, she worked in the Substance Abuse Treatment sector. She currently serves as Vice President on the board of Harbor House Incorporated and chairs their Community Outreach Committee.

Heidi has been active in her roles to support our community and the United Way initiatives. She has led several Pledge Campaigns and sponsored numerous donation drives to various organizations the United Way supports.

Heidi holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management from Webster University and an undergrad degree in Psychology from the University of Arkansas Fort Smith, along with several certifications, including Diversity and Inclusion for HR Professionals from Cornell University, DISC Facilitator from TTI Success Insights, Train the Trainer from TRAAC Solutions, and Lean Six Sigma White Belt from the University of Arkansas.
