Beth Solomon

Beth Solomon is the Chief Administration & Culture Officer for BHC Insurance. She started with BHC in 2005 with a beginning in Benefits & Group Health, transitioning to Surety Bond Manager in 2011, and moved into an administrative capacity in 2018 as Director of Marketing & HR. In 2023, Beth stepped into her current position with the intention to further drive the culture, brand, and organizational goals of BHC both internally and externally in the community.

Beth has served as BHC’s United Way Campaign Coordinator since 2009. She loves being a part of getting employees engaged and excited about the annual Pacesetter campaign, as well as participating in volunteer opportunities throughout the year.

BHC Insurance has been a longtime Partner in Education with Chaffin Middle School. Through this relationship with Chaffin, Beth served as a mentor to students in the girls GEMS mentoring program from 2012 – 2019.

Beth holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith. While studying at UAFS, she met and married her husband, Jeff, and they are very proud of the two wonderful daughters they have raised.
