
Amy Fore
Amy Fore, MHA, FACMPE, FACHE, is Vice President-Patient Services supporting medical-based specialties for Mercy across Arkansas. Mrs. Fore joined Mercy Clinic-Springfield in 2008 and, since then, has served in several leadership roles across Mercy in addition to Ministry Wide Councils. In 2015, she became the first female to hold the position of a community Clinic COO at Mercy, with oversight of physician practice operations in the 13-county service area of Mercy Clinic Fort Smith Community. In 2023, Mrs. Fore’s responsibilities shifted to include both the physician practice and hospital-based operations for medical specialties across the Mercy Arkansas communities of Fort Smith and Northwest Arkansas.
During her twenty+ years in healthcare leadership, she has published journal articles in AMGA’s Group Practice Journal, ACHE Early Careerist Newsletter Momentum, MGMA’s Connexion, co-authored a book, Integrated Delivery Systems: A cure for the healthcare delivery crisis, and given talks at local, state, and national conferences.
Mrs. Fore is a member and fellow of the American College of Medical Practice Executives, and a member and fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and has served on committees such as MGMA Honors Selection Committee, ACHE Early Careerist Committee, AMGA Women in Leadership and AMGA Emerging Leaders.
