Ron Wilson

Ron Wilson is the President/CEO of Weldon, Williams & Lick, a Fort Smith company that has been doing business for over 125 years. WW&L specializes in providing ticketing, access control, and technology solutions to the sports and live entertainment industries. Ron assumed the role of President in June 2023. At that time, he and his family moved to Fort Smith from the Dallas, TX area. At the start of 2024, following Tracey Geren’s retirement, Ron took on the CEO role as well.

Before coming to Fort Smith, Ron served for two years as President of KIS Technologies, a technology-oriented subsidiary of WW&L in Plano, TX, that focuses on ticketing and access control software and services.

Ron served for 13 years as Chief Technology Officer of Tessitura Network and was also President/Founder of Krios Group.

Ron is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering.

Ron currently resides in Fort Smith with his wife, Julianne, and granddaughter, Ava. Outside of work, he is a motorcycle enthusiast and enjoys spending time outdoors.
