In his current role, Griffin focuses on expanding the company’s asset base through the negotiation and acquisition of oil and gas interests. He also works closely with industry partners on joint investments and oversees efforts to manage and optimize operating expenses.
Outside of his professional work, Griffin enjoys volunteering his time as a commissioner on the Fort Smith Planning Commission, board member of the Future School of Fort Smith, and spending time with his wife and three children. He looks forward to contributing his experience, perspective, and commitment to the Fort Smith community through service on the United Way board.
