Andy Chancellor - Board Secretary

Andy Chancellor serves as the Plant Director of OG&E’s River Valley Power Plant in Panama, Oklahoma. He has been a proud member of your local electric company since June 2007. Since joining OG&E in 2007, he has held several roles around Oklahoma in Power Generation.

Prior to joining the River Valley Power Plant, he served as the manager of the Project Management Center of Excellence at OG&E.

Andy attended the University of Oklahoma, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
